These flours often don't hold things together as well as wheat - but your four legged friend probably won't mind! Using an egg will help to bind the recipe together. You may also need to experiment a little with the amount of flour you use. I find that about 3/4 cup of rice flour equals about 1 cup of wheat. So add your ingredients slowly to get the right texture on your dough. Just experiment, and have fun making snacks for your pet!
