This dog biscuits recipe can be made using wheat free ingredients.
If you keep the biscuits small, they are the perfect treat to keep for walks. Dogs love them.
2 cups Oatmeal (or all purpose flour if your dog can eat wheat). 1 low-sodium beef stock cube 1/4 cup of flax seed 1 medium/large beaten egg 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup of hot water Some flaxseed or oatmeal to roll out the treats in.
Turn oven on at 180/325 degrees.
Add the stock cube to the hot water to dissolve.
Mix together the dry ingredients, and add the egg.
Slowly add the stock and mix until you have formed a dough. You may not need all the stock for this.
Lift the dough out onto a board with flour/oatmeal on it and roll it out to about 1cm thick.
Use a sharp knife to cut into small pieces or biscuit shapes.
Place on non-stick tray and bake in the oven for 13 to 16 minutes. Take them out and let them cool.
